Lymphatic drainage does not have to be a full body massage. We understand our clients may not have time or feel comfortable for a full body massage so we offer area specific treatments as well. Upper body Lymphatic drainage involves stimulating upper Lymph nodes including auxiliary, supraclavicular, Epitrochlear and cervical Lymphnodes, as well as facial nodes. Godoy & Godoy (experts in MLD) express that just 20 minutes of upper body simulation is just as effective as full body LD. Lower body Lymphatic drainage involves simulation and drainage of the lower lymph nodes, Inguinal and Popliteal. It includes massage of the upper legs, lower legs, lower abdomen and lower back. We also offer Lymphatic drainage targeting the abdomen which can help reduce bloating, help relieve constipation and aid those who suffer with IBS. Lymphatic drainage can help with a range of conditions, or just be used as a form of relaxation. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in advance We require a 50% deposit to confirm all bookings. If you cancel or rearrange within 24 hours of your appt time, your deposit will be non refundable
